The Role
As a Customer Success Associate at Roster, you will own client success from end-to-end. You’ll have exposure to the full client lifecycle, from onboarding to implementation to contracting for renewals. You will work in close collaboration with Sales to ensure a cohesive customer experience and with our Product Team to provide customer feedback and become an expert with our software.
You will have the opportunity to cultivate a broad range of skills and tools that will serve you throughout a career in technology. If you are interested in a role that exposes you to account management, customer support, learning & development, operations, product, and sales, this role will allow you to explore, grow, and specialize as the Roster organization scales. Your primary customer relationships will be with HR leaders, including CHROs and Chief People Officers.
Who We're Looking For
In order to succeed in this role, you’ll need to be highly organized in order to manage a large volume of customer projects and communicate with efficiency across stakeholder groups. Given our small, agile team and remote working environment, you’ll need to be a self-starter who operates comfortably in high-ambiguity contexts.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in Customer Success roles and familiarity working in Hubspot.
A Day in the Life
Maintain an updated knowledge of Roster’s products, services, and workflows
Track and report customer activities in our Hubspot CRM system
Write, proofread, and maintain customer support documentation
Assist clients by demonstrating and supporting the use of Roster’s products
Coordinate between the operations and sales team to ensure seamless handoff and customer experience
Provide product feedback from customers
Drive product usage, growth, and renewals with the Roster client base
Provide support to sales, prospecting and qualify new sales leads, scheduling appointments with prospects, and tracking sales activities in the company CRM system
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related fields
3-4 years’ experience in Customer Success at a technology company
Experience in Hubspot CRM
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Confidence and comfort handling conversations with seasoned executives
Exceptional organization and time management skills
U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident status required
Compensation
$75-$100k Year 1, depending on (1) experience and (2) location. Opportunity to enter equity pool in Year 2.
